Dear Soul Friends,

If one daily establishes contact with the Higher Self and lets oneself into this energy vibration, either through meditation or simply through short pauses while washing dishes, driving or before important decisions, this would be most beneficial. Everyone can do it! If we pause shortly, breathe deeply and simply ask our Higher Self to take form or to be energetically present, this suffices for a beginning. It is the first step into the tunnel that will finally pull us through a vortex of darkness into the light. People coming to The Light Institute are from all walks of life. They perceive or recognize that there is more to life than success on just physical or social levels. They know that the image they present to the world doesn’t fulfill them in the end and that simply diverting the restlessness in themselves is not enough. They embark on a search without knowing what they are searching for or why. The seed of their search was never planted by anything outside them—it comes from the level of their own Soul. This seed is determined by destiny to sprout forth in this lifetime, and therefore they set themselves on the path. It is the path to enlightenment, illuminated by the Higher Self.

As these people perceive other dimensions, multi-incarnations, reflections of their encrusted self-image, their letting go becomes easier. They dig deeper and discover more about themselves. They begin to recognize the sources of many impediments and develop the readiness and capability to disentangle these causes. For example, often people come to The Light Institute with acute or chronic illnesses. If they encounter the source of their illness while experiencing other dimensions, their ailments and symptoms usually depart on their own. The rug is pulled from under the physical or emotional manifestations of conflicts and difficulties, since the source is now evident.

It may be that some people always seem to find partners who never love them, for example. As soon as clients recognize their participation in this through conduct in other lifetimes, experiencing it on different levels of their multidimensionality, they can let go of this energy vibration during the session. They can release those hardened habits that have deposited themselves at the cellular level and replace them with a flow of healing energy that automatically generates love.

When we discover how energies work within us, we can transform dull, unconscious or negative patterns into higher, lighter frequencies, which absolutely change who we are now.
